The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate our estimate will be. Here's what helps us most:
- Building address — borough and neighborhood help us assess logistics and permit requirements.
- Type of space — office, restaurant, retail, residential unit, mixed-use, etc.
- Approximate square footage — or number of rooms/zones you need heated and cooled.
- Existing HVAC system — if you have one, let us know the make, model, and age. Photos of the equipment nameplate are always helpful.
- What you need — new installation, replacement, repair, maintenance plan, or you're not sure (that's fine too).
