The report you actually get

Every diagnostic ends in a written report. Here is what the first thing the owner sees looks like: how much of the plant is online against what the building needs. Everything else supports that number.

What an HVAC service visit looks like in NYC

When you call Vinco, we do not send a scheduler who has never seen the job. We ask what system you have, what the building type is, and what changed. A licensed tech arrives with common parts on the truck, tests the system under load, and gives you a written answer before work starts. If the job needs a major part, permit, rigging, or board approval, we tell you that up front.

Why NYC HVAC jobs cost more than the suburbs

NYC work is not just equipment and labor. Access matters. Roof work may need rigging. Co-ops may need COIs and alteration paperwork. Landmark blocks can slow exterior approvals. Older buildings hide electrical and drainage problems that do not show up on a quick estimate. Vinco works in those conditions every day, so the scope is written around the real building, not a best-case guess.

Buildings we work in every week

Brownstones, co-ops, condos, retail storefronts, offices, restaurants, hotels, schools, and mixed-use buildings. Each one has different constraints. Brownstones need careful line-set routing and exterior placement. Retail stores need overnight work and concealed equipment. Offices need zone control and tenant coordination. Restaurants need ventilation that keeps service moving.

One month of corrosion

This Marley/SPX 300-ton cooling tower gearbox on a midtown hotel was one we'd replaced 30 days earlier. The tower rejects condenser heat for two older 150-ton Arctic Chill water-cooled chillers in the mechanical room below. The tower's water condition was eating the new gearbox. Replacing components without addressing the water buys the same failure on a schedule, which is why our tower visits look at the water and the basin, not just the parts.
