Vinco Mechanical – Rates & Service Policies

Standard Service Rates

• Diagnostic Fee: $249
  Covers technician visit, system evaluation, and basic troubleshooting.
  ➤ This fee is credited toward the cost of any major replacement or system installation.

• Hourly Labor Rate: $165/hour
  Billed in 1-hour increments. Does not include parts or materials.

• Parts & Materials:
  Billed separately based on manufacturer pricing and availability.

Additional Notes

• Emergency or after-hours rates may apply outside of normal business hours.

• All service work is subject to approval via our Service Authorization Form prior to commencement.

• A detailed estimate will be provided for major repairs or replacements before work begins.

• Payment is due upon service completion unless other terms have been approved.
